hello. I placed an order with DVDsVip.com and received it today, but discs are missing.

I purchased the complete season box set of Felicity, I show it cleared my bank, but it's saying pay now and no shipping information. I also recieved an email confirming my purchase, but when I go to my account it says unpaid. Please respond ASAP!
